I specialise in prescriptive temperature treatments using warm and cooled stones. Having originally introduced hot and cold stones to the UK fourteen years ago, taught over 2,000 therapists worldwide, I have uniquely vast knowledge and skill in working with temperature, which enables me to treat a number of conditions: the major perpetrator being neck, back and shoulder issues; sports & Injury complaints - in acute and chronic conditions; stress & emotionally related issues; energy balancing and relaxation. Good circulation is key to health & wellbeing and therefore applying hot and cold temperatures to the body increases nutrient fuelled, oxygenated blood flow around the body and site specific areas; increases circulation; increases detoxification; reduces inflammation & congestion; relaxes muscle tension, clears & focuses the mind, calms nerves & settles moods along with many more short and long term health benefits. All treatments are individually tailored to your specific needs and designed with your positive wellness in mind. Treatment costs vary from £30 - £90 depending on time required. I have worked within the CAM industry since 1995 when I studied clinical aromatherapy in Harley Street, London. A couple of years later i spent two months in Thailand learning the art of Thai Massage with the world renowned Chongol Settakorn in Chiang Mai. Following my return I was introduced to stone massage and had the unique opportunity to introduce the treatment to the UK. I spent the next ten years developing the worldwide brand and teaching many thousands of therapists keen to learn the true art of stone massage using hot and cold temperatures.Age I Work With
